Booking & Cancellation Policies

We require a deposit is required to book. Deposits will go towards final salon services rendered at the time of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for those that violate our reschedule/cancellation/late policy outlined below. Deposits can roll over once if you are needing to reschedule. If you wish to cancel your appointment within our policy guidelines and do not wish to reschedule your appointment, deposit refunds will be distributed.

As most of our providers are by appointment only, we require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations may result in up to 100% of the service charge. No call/no shows will not be tolerated. We understand that emergencies may occur and exceptions will be up to the providers discretion.
